- Manage all aspects of labor and employment litigation, from case initiation to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
- Develop case strategies and work closely with clients to provide high-quality legal representation.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar (in good standing).
- 2 years of experience in labor and employment law litigation.
