Sr. UI/UX Designer (hybrid in Atlanta)

*On-site 1x/week in Peachtree Corners, GA

Frederick Fox has partnered with an industry-leading organization in their search for a strong, well-rounded Sr. UI/UX Designer. In this role, you will be a team of one…owning UI/UX for a global industry leader! You will be thoroughly researching users, and coming up with creative solutions to solve usability problems. Users are both internal and external to the organization, and products are mainly insurance claims systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of UX design, including UX brief, research, personas, user flows, wireframing, hi-fi and low-fi prototyping, A/B testing, and iterating
• Research end users to understand them, coming up with creative solutions and designs which enable them to accomplish what they need to
• Lead research and testing
• Design visual elements for web applications and mobile apps
• Evaluate existing products, and design new ones
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, product, engineering and project management

Required

• 7 years' full-lifecycle UI/UX design, with well rounded experience in both.
• Experience playing a key role in building Enterprise applications (B2B, desktop and/or mobile apps), and bringing them Full-Lifecycle
• Experience on an Agile/Scrum team, owning the UI/UX research and design, and then handing it off to the dev team for coding and building it out
• Ability to be a team of one, own UI/UX (you’ve been a key part of a small team, a lead, or have been a team of 1 before)
• Strong with Figma
