Tax Manager

Frederick Fox is supporting our client, a long-standing, highly respected CPA firm that’s been serving clients for over 40 years in the search for a Tax Manager. The firm is growing and—and is looking for a standout Tax Manager to join their leadership team.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and review complex income tax returns
• Research advanced tax issues and provide practical planning strategies
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver top-tier service
• Mentor junior staff while staying hands-on with technical work

What They’re Looking For:

• At least 8 years of public accounting experience (preferably in a large local or regional CPA firm)
• Active CPA license (non-negotiable)
• MS in Taxation is a big plus
• Strong experience in complex tax compliance and planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in a paperless environment (CCH ProSystem experience a plus)
