Frederick Living, part of Garden Spot Communities, is located in Zieglerville, PA (Montgomery County). We are a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) offering a full spectrum of care from retirement living, personal care, licensed healthcare, rehabilitation services, respite to memory care services.

Salary Range : Experience based pay starting at $16.50 / hr PLUS Shift Differentials including $2 for Evenings, $1.50 for Nights and an additional $1 for Weekends!

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the resident's individual needsAssisting residents with eating and drinking such as meal and beverage selection, cueing for meal completion and / or hands on feeding. Assist residents in between meals with obtaining snacks and hydration throughout the day.Encourage resident participation in leisure activities provided for residents as described in activity calendar, social events, walking program or as needed to practice de-escalation techniques per resident's support planAssist in admissions, transfers, discharges, and death proceduresRespond promptly and positively to resident requests for assistance, including telephone calls, and requests from family and friends, visitors, or other personnelWhat do I need for this role with Frederick Living ?
