Frederick Living, part of Garden Spot Communities, is located in Zieglerville, PA (Montgomery County). We are a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) offering a full spectrum of care from retirement living, personal care, licensed healthcare, rehabilitation services, respite to memory care services.
Job Title: RN Supervisor
Status: Full Time Nights
Salary Range: Starting at $39/hr PLUS $1.50 shift differentials on Nights!

As a RN Supervisor, supporting our mission will include the following responsibilities:
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor or physician/ physician
extender
- Communicate with Supervisor, ADON, DON, NHA, care providers and family/ POA as needed
- Uses evidenced-based practices to ensure care delivery is provided to residents
- Assist in the management of personnel through on-going performance evaluation, Care Chats, coaching,
counseling, education, and Corrective Action as needed
- Complete all required documentation accurately and timely
- Participate in resident TOC/ Care Conferences and care plan review as needed
- Collaborate with Cedarwood staff to ensure optimal care for residents
- Comply with Infection Control practices
- Maintain hand-held communication equipment is maintained by all direct-caregivers for effective call bell
management & communication with team members
What do I need for this role with Frederick Living?
- Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Prior experience in geriatric nursing preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS Healthcare Provider
- Basic computer skills
