Job Description

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Fred Milton State Farm is seeking an organized and efficient individual to customers with their insurance needs. Candidates will answer phones, assist customers with bill pay and filing claims.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Communicate efficiently with customers.
Will work with agent / owner to promote business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Customer service experience preferred.

Sales experience is a plus

Must obtain Property and Casualty; Life / Health Licenses within 6-8 weeks of hire date (agent will assist with the process).
