Dental Treatment Coordinator

Our dental practice located in Fredericksburg, VA. Led by Dr.Koheil and Dr.Dina, we provide a range of high quality services including Family Dentistry, Dental Implants, Full Mouth Rehab, AO4, Invisalign, Cosmetic Dentistry, Root Canal Treatment, Teeth Whitening, Teeth Extractions and Dentures. We serve the communities of Spotsylvania, Falmouth, and Stafford, VA.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Treatment Coordinator at Fredericksburg Dental Artists. The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for presenting treatment plans to patients, and financial arrangements. Reactivate and follow up unscheduled treatment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle patient inquiries
• Proficiency in office administration tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus

Bilingual preferred.

Prior experience in dental field preferred.
