The Fredericksburg Field House is currently looking for a Field Marshal. The Field Marshall is responsible for ensuring safety for all guests including, but not limited to players, coaches, officials, and spectators. The Field Marshall reports directly to the Tournament and League Director and the Manager on Duty. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Check rosters and players identificationMonitor and limit player boxes to players, coaches, and officialsEnsure correct equipment is available for gamesMake sure games start on timeRespond to all incidents, accidents, injuries, and altercationsComplete and file required reportsKeep Manager on Duty informed of issues and updatesMonitor playing fields and courtsMonitor facility and enforce Field House rulesComplete special projects and daily assignments as directed by the Sports Director, Manager on Duty and / or General ManagerKeep score as necessary
