Job Summary:
The Membership Services Representative will be part of the team responsible for the retention and growth of our Season Ticket holder base through the delivery of first-class customer service, relationship building, and referral generation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide superior levels of customer service to an assigned Season Ticket Holder accounts by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and effectively and enthusiastically communicating all team happenings, events, benefits, and stadium details that are relevant
- Meet and exceed annual contract renewal goal
- Recording and building customer records in CRM to maintain all personal touchpoint interactions and document all appropriate details and information
- Introduce and assist all Season Ticket Holders with the transition from barcodes to digital / mobile ticketing
- Perform game day responsibilities including, but not limited to, in-seat visits, handling special promotions, addressing Season Ticket Holder needs, etc.
- Sell single game tickets when necessary
- Provide assistance to Season Ticket Holders or Buyers with regard to posting and or securing tickets on league approved secondary market places
- Execute special client retention-oriented events that create added value for Season Tickets Holders.
- Other duties as assigned

- Committed to the support of Department goals and objectives in all areas
- Represent the organization at various organizational networking and/or events in a professional manner
- Involvement in game day activities, promotions, and sales events
- Facilitate special projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of one year of sales/services experience in the sports or hospitality industry
- Demonstrated ability in the areas of relationship-building, communication, time management, and organization
- Knowledge of accounts payable and billing
- Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Fredericksburg Nationals games and Stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays
- Must pass pre-employment screens
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Tickets.com mobile ticketing is preferred
