Store Manager

Fredrick's Shoppes is a small chain of eight retail stores in Wisconsin - a family business operating for 50 years. We are seeking creative, passionate leadership candidates to become our Store Manager for Fredrick’s Corner Shoppe in downtown Eagle River.

Store Manager Candidates should possess integrity and trustworthiness, a positive and enthusiastic demeanor, natural leadership and organizational abilities, and a drive for excellent customer service.

Basic Duties of Store Manager:
-Assess, Monitor, and Steer the store’s productivity and profitability,
-Guide a team of Sales Associates, leading by example,
-Provide exceptional customer service,
-Recruit, hire, develop, motivate, and empower staff,
-Manage and control scheduling, payroll, inventory, loss prevention, markdowns,
-Utilize planning, organization, communication, and problem solving skills,
-Properly execute banking and receiving duties,
-Perform receiving and transfers of merchandise quickly and efficiently,
-Price, display, and sell merchandise.

Qualifications
Candidates should be able to:
-Use Windows-Based Software, Email, and Microsoft Office,
-Move Freely, Stand for periods of time, Lift up to 50 lbs, and Use stairs regularly,
-Read, Write, and Verbally Communicate in English,

*Candidates with 2 years retail leadership experience role preferred.

Pay rate offered can be flexible based on prior experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
