Overview :
Fredrikson & Byron’s Trusts and Estates Department is seeking a Trusts and Estates Administration Staff Attorney to join its well-regarded and growing Trusts and Estates team. Our clients consist of high net-worth individuals and families, along with their closely-held businesses, trusts and foundations. A successful candidate will have the ability and skill set to comfortably manage the administration and management of complex and high value trusts and estates, as well build out a trust administration practice. This position will require the candidate to prepare and supervise others in preparing tax returns and accountings; work collaboratively with trustees (corporate and familial), outside accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals; lead the probate and trust administration process; track and assist in preparing annual notices and payments; and supervise a team with similar tasks. The ideal candidate will have : -2 to 10 years of estate planning and administration experience

- Ability to supervise and lead a team of other trusts and estates administration specialists
- Strong academic background
- J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
- Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Minnesota or North Dakota.
