Overview:
We are seeking an attorney to join our Immigration Department in our Minneapolis office. Our immigration attorneys assist clients with employment-based immigration issues, including consular visa processing, global immigration, I-9 compliance, and other regulatory compliance issues. Fredrikson's immigration attorneys work in a collaborative team environment, are passionate about helping clients navigate complex immigration issues, are effective in communicating with colleagues and clients, and are skilled at managing multiple demands of a large practice.
Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
*4-5 years of employment-based immigration experience
*Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
*J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
*Active attorney license in MN and/or the ability to become licensed in MN in a timely manner

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $130,000 - $145,000 / year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
