Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the Real Estate department in our Minneapolis, MN office. This position offers a hybrid work-location schedule, allowing employees to work from both the office and home.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Review title and survey for sale and purchase transactions, as well as financing transactions.
- Prepare documents to cure title defects.
- Prepare drafts of various real estate documents, such as leases, purchase agreements, easement agreements, and various other real estate documents
- Manage and close real estate sale and purchase transactions and financing transactions.
- Interface with title companies, negotiating terms as necessary.
- Draft conveyance documents and related real estate documents.
- Manage due diligence for sale, purchase, and financing transactions.
- Prepare mechanic's lien statements and handle various types of Torrens proceedings.

The salary range for this position varies by geographic market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $57,000 - $87,000 / year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
