Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Administrative Assistant to join our highly regarded Real Estate Department. This role will focus on providing administrative support to attorneys within our Real Estate practice group, working in a results-driven and client-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal administration with a focus on real estate and will bring attention to detail and adaptability to the team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare, draft, and review various legal documents including agreements, abstracts, pleadings, discovery responses, and legal correspondence. File and serve pleadings and discovery as appropriate.
- Monitor intake of new matters and coordinate billing.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made for both in-person and virtual meetings.
- Assist attorneys in preparation, organization, and coordination of specific projects, including reviewing documents such as discovery, contracts, and releases.
- Provide administrative support by routing mail, screening calls, and performing other clerical duties as needed.
- Perform additional job-related duties and special projects as required.
Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Ideally 3 years of real estate-based administrative experience.
- Transactional real estate experience and litigation experience.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office 2010 Suite and Adobe.
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and applications.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days in the Minneapolis office each week.

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $55,000 - $65,000 per year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
