Position Summary:
The Annual Giving Manager will oversee and execute all aspects of our annual giving program. This role is crucial in building and maintaining relationships with donors, meeting fundraising goals, and promoting our mission through effective marketing, public relations, and communication strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of fundraising experience and marketing to the position. A successful candidate will be self-motivated to bring ideas and meet deadlines, as well as function well in a small team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• In coordination with the Executive Director and Development Committee of the Board of Directors, develop and implement a comprehensive annual giving strategy to meet fundraising goals.
• Create compelling fundraising campaigns, including direct mail, email appeals, and online giving initiatives. Work with Executive Director to track outreach to major donors.
• Plan and execute donor appreciation efforts and other stewardship activities.
• Engage with external funding and program partners, as needed.
• Oversee maintenance of accurate donor records. Run reports and analyze giving trends using our donor database.
• Develop promotional materials and written/digital content that effectively communicates our mission and impact.
• Design graphics and visuals for donor communications. As needed, assist in the creation of social media and event materials.
• Assist in public relations efforts to raise awareness about the clinic’s programs and fundraising needs.
• Prepare regular reports on fundraising performance and donor engagement metrics.
• Work closely with the Executive Director and Development Committee to identify new opportunities for donor acquisition and retention.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a nonprofit fundraising office, with a focus on annual giving.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong marketing and public relations skills, with experience developing and executing communication plans.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with donor database systems. Little Green Light is used at FCP.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team of ED, Grant Manager, and Volunteers.
• Experience working with volunteers

What We Offer:
• $62,000 - $68,000, based on experience
