Quality Conservation Services (QCS) and its parent, Free Energy Savings Company,
provide free energy conservation improvements to qualified middle and lower income
households in selected California communities under contracts funded by California
utilities, such as PG&E Energy Savings Assistance Program (ESA.
We have immediate openings for an Assistant Energy Specialist Coordinator in our
Concord office.
The primary role of the Assistant ES Coordinator is to work with the ES team to ensure
all ES’s are following PG&E and QCS protocol for customer enrollment. The Energy
Savings Assistance Program provides no cost home improvements to income qualified
residents.
Successful candidates come from a background in personnel management, sales or
education.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures Enrollment Paperwork is completed and turned in to the office on a timely basis by the ES Team.
- Acts as a liaison between ES and Implementer to ensure completion of creating Projects
- Responds to and answers ES questions regarding enrollment
- Monitor ES productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Communicates with ES Team regarding QCS policies, bonus runs, ESAP updates
- Uses good judgment at all times.
- Trains new ES on ESA Enrollment practices as per PG&E Guidelines
- Provides on-going support to ES Team
Qualifications:
- Bilingual capability a plus.
- Background in general sales, personnel management and education helpful.
- Must have great customer service skills.
- Attend and pass Energy Specialist Training and Certification
- Pass background check.
- Acquire Home Improvement Salesperson Certification/Registration (HISR) through the Contractors State License Board (finger printing required, paid by
Company).
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
