Responsibilities
As a CSR/Dispatcher, you will:
- Customer Support: Answer incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and schedule appointments promptly and professionally.
- Dispatching: Assign jobs to technicians based on location, expertise, and urgency, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Scheduling: Manage daily schedules for technicians, optimizing routes and minimizing downtime.
- Communication: Act as the main point of contact between customers and technicians, keeping everyone informed and updated.
- Data Entry: Accurately record job details in our ServiceTitan system, maintaining clear and organized records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with office staff and technicians to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with scheduling or CRM software like ServiceTitan is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Pay: $20/hourly
- Performance Pay: Earn additional bonuses for meeting goals, such as booking a set number of appointments per week or helping technicians meet revenue targets.

Work Schedule
