Responsibilities
As a CSR / Dispatcher, you will :
Customer Support : Answer incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and schedule appointments promptly and professionally.
Dispatching : Assign jobs to technicians based on location, expertise, and urgency, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Scheduling : Manage daily schedules for technicians, optimizing routes and minimizing downtime.
Communication : Act as the main point of contact between customers and technicians, keeping everyone informed and updated.
Data Entry : Accurately record job details in our ServiceTitan system, maintaining clear and organized records.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with office staff and technicians to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Familiarity with scheduling or CRM software like ServiceTitan is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay : $20 / hourly
Performance Pay : Earn additional bonuses for meeting goals, such as booking a set number of appointments per week or helping technicians meet revenue targets.

Paid Time Off (PTO) : Vacation, holidays, and sick leave available.
Work Schedule
Full-time position.
Monday through Friday with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
