Responsibilities
As a Service Technician, you will:
- Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Provide detailed estimates to customers and explain options for repairs or upgrades.
- Utilize the ServiceTitan system to document jobs, create invoices, and collect payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including your company vehicle.
- Conduct inspections and recommend preventative maintenance services to customers.
- Uphold Freeline Plumbing's standards of professionalism, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a plumber or service technician (certification or licensure preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software (preferred but not required).
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Pay: $27-$36/hour
- Performance Pay:
- Earn 5% bonuses for meeting weekly revenue goals (e.g., $15,000/week).
- Receive 10% commission on any sales exceeding $5,000 in a single transaction.
- Health Insurance: Freeline Plumbing covers 50% of your health insurance premiums.

Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Monday through Friday with occasional on-call or weekend shifts as needed.
