Responsibilities
As a Service Technician, you will :
Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
Provide detailed estimates to customers and explain options for repairs or upgrades.
Utilize the ServiceTitan system to document jobs, create invoices, and collect payments.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including your company vehicle.
Conduct inspections and recommend preventative maintenance services to customers.
Uphold Freeline Plumbing's standards of professionalism, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a plumber or service technician (certification or licensure preferred).
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software (preferred but not required).
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
