Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies: Build launch plans that align market needs, sales efforts, and product capabilities.
- Craft Compelling Positioning & Messaging: Develop customer-centric narratives that communicate the value of our solutions to pharmacies, payers, and pharma partners.
- Sales & Commercial Enablement: Create high-impact sales collateral, case studies, and GTM playbooks to equip teams with the tools they need to drive adoption.
- Productization of Strategic Programs: Translate strategic initiatives into clearly defined, scalable offerings that align with our technology platform.
- Market Research & Competitive Insights: Gather and analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to refine GTM strategies and product positioning.
- Measure & Optimize Commercial Success: Track performance metrics related to adoption, engagement, and sales conversion, refining GTM plans based on data and insights.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) is a plus.
- 3 years in go-to-market strategy, commercialization, or product positioning within healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or SaaS.
- Experience developing sales enablement materials and driving product adoption.
- Prior experience working with payers, pharmacies, or pharma is a plus.
- Strong storytelling and positioning skills—ability to translate complex healthcare solutions into compelling, market-ready offerings.
- Experience in launch planning, GTM execution, and sales enablement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Strategy teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience using market insights and data to refine GTM approaches.
