Position Summary
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing healthcare technology startup. As Product Marketing Manager, you will be integral to the development, strategy, positioning, and messaging for Free Market Health’s programs and services. This role will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Pharmacy Strategy and Pharmacy Success teams to ensure our solutions resonate with our target audience, differentiate in the market, and drive measurable growth. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about pharmacy industry trends as well as the broader healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional understanding of client and customer needs, pain points, and trends.
- Develop compelling and customer-centric positioning, messaging, and value propositions for our product offerings. Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and channels.
- Work closely with strategy, product, sales, and the broader marketing team to create a cohesive launch plan that drives adoption and growth of new features and programs.
- Create and oversee development of product marketing content, including sales sheets, case studies, website copy, whitepapers, and product demos. Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure high-quality, visually engaging materials.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback and market insights to inform product development, positioning, and messaging. Use data to continuously refine marketing strategies and highlight potential product improvements.
- Track and analyze the performance of product marketing efforts. Use insights to optimize future development, sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, healthcare technology, or SaaS environments.
- Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Experience working with payers, pharmacies or other industry stakeholders is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory considerations and key trends.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
