The Opportunity
We're looking for an up-and-coming Developer Relations specialist to help us better support our growing customer base and developer community. In this role, you'll take the lead in providing excellent developer support, creating helpful technical content, and showing the world how they can make the best use of Freeplay.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company at the intersection of generative AI and software development. You'll immerse yourself in the challenges and workflows of established product teams building with AI, and your work will directly shape how our customers interact with and succeed using Freeplay.

Your Mission
In this role, you'll lead three key initiatives to grow and support our developer customers and community :
- Developer Support
Act as the first line of support for customers via Slack, email, and phone.
Create and maintain high-quality technical resources such as documentation, tutorials, sample notebooks, and integrations.
Craft engaging blog posts, videos, webinars, and other materials to demonstrate Freeplay's value and reach a wider audience.
Collaborate with customers to understand their unique use cases, application architecture, and goals.

Location
We have a preference for candidates available to work full-time on-site in Boulder, CO. However, we are open to considering exceptional remote candidates who can travel to Boulder every 6 weeks for team collaboration.
