Description : Overview
Responsible for onboarding distributors and materials from distributors for use by company departments. Provide formatting directions to program edit for insertion of commercial inventory.
Responsibilities
- Request version information and order movies, series, and specials as contracted by Programming and Scheduling team.
- Serve as point-of-contact to content distributors to assure all media and associated assets and metadata are received ahead of scheduled air date(s).
- Analyze media for format and house number assignments.
- Create network formats for commercial insertion.
- Organize and maintain metadata and MediaBot asset database with relevant information needed by various company teams.
- Identify expired titles for archiving.
- Serve as company expert on use of the Monday system.
