Description : Responsibilities
- Responsible for format template creation, format instance manipulation, and format rules based on network.
- Steward program media by tracking delivery to Media Operations, Standards & Practices, Editing, Scheduling, and delivery to playout systems.
- Understand how each of the schedule elements (primary and secondary) affect master control / playout, affiliates / platforms, and viewer experience.
- Collaborate and communicate with other teams within sales operations to stretch revenue opportunities by manipulating inventory on a daily and weekly basis.
- Ensure that the digital network schedules are finalized on time.
- Understand software integration to and from WideOrbit Network and Mediagenix through CAPI integration.
- Understand software integration from Mediagenix to Wurl digital linear scheduler through API integration.
- Strategically evaluate and coordinate digital content inventory in the content management system, Mediagenix.
- Review workflows and efficiencies alongside interdepartmental teams and document new ways of working.
- Work with operational teams on any changes that may impact the networks / channels.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
