**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated, and preferably experienced, Full Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and excellent customer service skills. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Assist with client check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Handle payments and billing
- Provide support to veterinary staff as needed
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in animal care or veterinary settings is preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with animal handling, restraint, and care techniques
