Responsibilities
- Hiring and Training Techs
- Knowledge of Service Titan
- Must be ok with hold others Accountable
- KPI performance management
- Sales and Service focused
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering plumbing solutions.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proficient in plumbing techniques and installation practices
- 3-5 years in Plumbing or HVAC Management
- being coachable
- Able to recruit top talent
- Service Titan knowledge
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Knowledge of construction plumbing
- Experience in field service and heavy lifting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
