As a Licensed Mental Health Professional, you will be a vital member of our multi-disciplinary team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that high-quality, therapeutic services are delivered daily, with a strong focus on emotional, cognitive, developmental, social, and behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions aligned with program schedules
- Complete psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and external agencies
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and staffing’s
- Ensure documentation complies with facility and regulatory standards
- Provide crisis intervention and facilitate special case conferences when needed
- Maintain a therapeutic, safe, and supportive environment for patients
- Uphold all facility policies and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field
- Licensure: Must hold a current and active license in the state of Louisiana (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
Experience:

- Previous experience working with adult and/or geriatric populations is required
- Experience working with adolescents is strongly preferred
