Freedom Behavioral Hospital of Marksville is looking for an experienced Driver. Strong preference given to previous psychiatric experience. Teamwork, team development, and team training are all key qualities for this position.
Freedom Behavioral Hospital of Marksville is interviewing for a Driver position. Qualified candidates may also provide assistance in patient care and provide mental health services for patient care activities.
Coordinates safe transportation of patients to and from their residences/appointments as well as meal pick-up. Also provides assistance to mental health services staff for patient care activities. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the transporting of patients to and from the facility site, assistance in the overall day-to-day functioning of the program including aiding other staff in patient chart production, meal provision, answering telephones and supervision of patients during staff break periods. The Driver is responsible for communicating to staff any problems or clinical issues that occur during his/her supervision of or transportation of patients.
