Have what it takes? Join us. Job Summary Freedom Boat Club is the nation's oldest and largest private member boat club with locations both nationally and internationally. We are currently looking to add a full-time In-House Member Experience Representative to our team. The Member Experience Representative will report to the Member Experience Supervisor and assist in all activities associated with inbound and outbound customer operations. Member Experience Representatives are responsible for directing phone calls and emails to the appropriate teams/locations, entering new leads, assisting current members with their membership and account questions, processing transactions, and follow-up outbound calls. This position is fully remote, and will work a shift from 10 am - 7 pm EST. It will also be required to work 2 weekend shifts/month, preferably every other Saturday, and occasional holidays. Skills and Abilities Embrace change and growth as the member experience center is growing at a rapid pace Strong customer service and phone skills Comfortable using many different computer applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, and detail oriented Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional process changes Protect and secure customers' personal information Basic Qualifications Customer service experience Proficiency working on a computer and experience utilizing the Microsoft suite Experience Required- 2 Years Education Required- High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Hours of Operation & Location Job Location: Remote Member Experience Center Hours: Hours: 8AM- 8PM EST 7 days a week and 360 days a year This shift: 10AM - 7PM EST Compensation: Hourly Full-time, varied days and hours, some holiday and weekend availability required.
