What You’ll Be Doing (aka: Making Boating Awesome!)
- Prepare Boats for Adventure – Clean, fuel, and stage boats so they’re ready to hit the water!
- Member Check-ins & Check-outs – Use an iPad to review bookings, assist with boarding, and handle returns.
- Assist on the Dock – Help members load up, push off, and dock safely.
- Keep Things Shipshape – Tidy up boats, the office, and the docks to keep everything looking its best.
- Member Experience – Call the next day’s reservations, ensure guests are happy, and report any feedback.
