**Duties:**
- Welcome members with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of boats for member outings
- Ensure safe and efficient boarding process for members and their belongings
- Provide comprehensive pre-departure checks and address any member inquiries
- Deliver exceptional boating experiences for Freedom Boat Club members
- Ensure cleanliness of docks and boats, and functionality of safety equipment for the next day's operations
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum age of 16 with a valid driver's license
- Ability to transition between dock and boat effortlessly
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, balancing, and lifting equipment up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Eagerness to acquire new skills
- Capacity to work outdoors under a covered dock during summer and stand for extended periods
- Proficient swimmer
- Previous boating experience desirable but not mandatory
- Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus, though not mandatory
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed
