We are a growing service department looking for talented and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Marine Technician . If you love being outside and working on boats, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
As an Marine Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of work on our fleet of over 160 vessels across the Puget Sound and 11 club locations. You will have the chance to work on a variety of tasks, from gelcoating, basic and full services to full diagnostics on all boats. Our goal is to keep the boats serviced and functioning so our members can enjoy their time on the water.
This position would suit someone with basic experience with outboard engines
We are committed to training and supporting our team members to reach their full potential. If you are a self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
To be eligible for this position, you must have a high school diploma and good work ethic, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be at least 21 years old. You should also be able to lift at least 50 lbs unassisted and be comfortable working independently. If you have strong attention to detail, a calm and positive attitude under pressure, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
As a full-time Marine Technician , you may qualify for our company group health plan and employee boating privileges upon successful completion of the probationary period.
