Job Summary
Freedom Boat Club is the nation's oldest and largest private member boat club with locations both nationally and internationally. We are currently looking to add a full-time In-House Member Experience Representative for our Grand Strand team. The Member Experience Representative will report to the VP of Operations and assist in all activities associated with inbound and outbound customer operations along with other office duties. Member Experience Representatives are responsible for directing phone calls and emails to the appropriate teams/locations, entering new leads, assisting current members with their reservation and training requests, membership and account questions, processing transactions, conducting a one-hour zoom meeting for new members, and follow-up outbound calls. The Member Experience Representative will also assist with planning and executing social events planned for the members.
Work Schedule:
- Hours: 8:30 AM - 4 PM
- Days Off: Saturdays and Tuesdays
- Occasional Events: 5-7:30 PM (with later start times on those days)
- Saturday Events: If required to work, Sunday will be given off

Qualifications
Customer service experience
Proficiency working on a computer (typing skills required) and experience utilizing Microsoft
Career Level Required- Entry Level- Experienced
Experience Required
Education Required- High School Diploma or equivalent
Event planning and executing a plus but not required, will train
Hours of Operation & Location
Job Location: North Myrtle Beach, SC
Member Experience Center Hours: Hours: 8:30am - 3pm, off on Tuesdays and Saturdays with occasional Thursday evening hours until 8pm for social events.
Compensation: $13-$15 per hour
Full-time, Summer holiday's and weekend availability required.
