Description
Freedom Caregivers is hiring a Full-Time Client Care Specialist for our Wooster branch. The Client Care Specialist (CCS) is a full-time position for an experienced HHA or STNA. The CCS assists with the growth of the agency, provides excellent customer service and client care, trains caregivers, and facilitates the transition of clients to new caregivers.
Key responsibilities include :
Providing an outstanding customer experience for new clients, families, and caregivers.
Covering open client shifts to ensure coverage reliability and continuity of care.
Providing on the job training for new caregivers in the client's home.
Effectively communicating with supervisor to report on new caregiver job performance and job satisfaction.
Adhering to the job description of Caregiver / HHA / STNA and upholds agency policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
Performing any additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Benefits and Perks :
Pay up to $18.00 / hr.
Full-time hours M-F, occasional weekends or evenings as needed
PTO accrual after 90 days

The Ideal Candidate :
Has proven work experience in home care as a caregiver, HHA, or STNA
Communicates clearly and effectively in the English language in both written and verbal communications
Is proficient in the use of technology and mobile applications, must be able to use a smartphone proficiently
Has exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Can easily adapt to changing schedules, build rapport quickly with new clients and new caregivers
Has a positive, professional attitude and is able to adapt to the needs of the agency
Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) preferred
At least 1 year of healthcare or home health experience.
Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
