What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baler Operator 1st & 2nd Shift- $1,500 Sign on Bonus position at Freedom Corrugated LLC?
Freedom Corrugated Baler Operator:
-Follow all safety and company policies, reporting any issues, accidents or incidents immediately; must complete online safety training each month as assigned.
-Regular and predictable attendance
-Operate hogger and hog up all unusable paper and corrugated scrap
-Must maintain a current Fork Lift Operator license
-Must be self sufficient and able to perform an independent job
-Remove finished bales from hogger, weigh bale, record weight, load bales onto trailer for shipment
-Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of work area, equipment and tools for the job
-Follow all established SOP’s as well as newly introduced SOP’s
-Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; ability to accurately read a tape measure
Salary : $19 - $20
