This position will primarily be assigned in our Provo office, but occasionally may be assigned to help in Springville as business needs require. The schedule is M-F from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm and rotating Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is strongly preferred as we strive to serve and grow our significant Portuguese and Spanish base.
Responsibilities
This position has a broad range of duties, including:
- Understand and promote credit union products and services in ways that benefit our members.
- Provide prompt, cheerful service in person, by phone, and virtually.
- Encourage use of the credit union's digital services and provide troubleshooting support as needed.
- Process all types of teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Assist in collecting past due accounts.
- Service existing accounts.
Qualifications
Punctuality and attention to detail are essential.
Excellent member service and communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and the ability to learn new software.
Ability to work equally well under pressure and when things are slow.
Cash handling experience is helpful but not required.
Candidates must be bondable through the credit union's bond provider.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour, depending on experience
