Summary
As a Service Porter at Freedom Cycles, Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service during their visit. Located in Grandview, MO, this position is essential for maintaining the flow of operations within our dealership while enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with parking and retrieving their vehicles promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Support service technicians by delivering parts and assisting with minor tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service appointments and wait times.
- Handle cash register operations accurately during transactions when required.
- Provide excellent guest services to enhance customer experiences at the dealership.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations within the dealership.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Able to pull a trailer and load motorcycles and atvs on trailer and tie down.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience in customer service or guest services is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of retail math is beneficial but not required.
- Previous experience in a dealership or hospitality environment is a plus.
