This job is for someone with at least three years of fence construction experience as a foreman at a fence company. Please do not apply if you have not have this experience.
Freedom Fence is hiring for a Fence Foreman. You will be dispatched to jobs with a job binder and work under limited supervision. You will both work by yourself and with a Fence Laborer that will work under your supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Come to work on time regularly.
- Work with a great attitude and high efficiency.
- Be a problem solver and come with solutions and not only problems.
- Tear out existing fences.
- Measure and mark the fence line.
- Dig post holes and set posts in concrete.
- Install cedar privacy, chain link, vinyl, woven wire, non-climb horse, and other styles of fencing.
- Install gates and other accessories.
- Inspect and repair existing fences.
- Follow safety protocols when working with power tools and heavy machinery.
We are looking for someone with experience who is willing to learn and adapt to our install procedures.
Additional productivity based incentives available. Also, you will be paid at a higher rate for prevailing wage government jobs.
