Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first, and sometimes only, point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for answering 90% of client inquiries, and redirecting client calls appropriately without sending clients to voicemail, and following up with them the same day, instead of days, weeks, or months later. You would also be responsible for listing products, and providing accurate product information online and to clients.

If you have a high degree of integrity and are principled / highly ethical, this position and organization is for you. If you have issues with ethics, and feel more comfortable in "gray areas" this is not the position for you.

This role is critical to our organization as you will be the voice and tenor of our company on the phones and through messages and emails. This role will also grow over time as we are able to give you more responsibility. This will not JUST remain a customer service / executive assistant role.

Must have some knowledge and / or background in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities

  • Answering calls immediately and quickly with a pleasant demeanor
  • Answering messages quickly, and providing additional information if we do not have a particular item
  • Answering emails and redirecting client inquiries quickly, sending them to the right people appropriately
  • Redirecting phone calls, if needed, to the appropriate party WITHOUT sending them to voicemail, and WITHOUT leaving them hanging for days / weeks at a time (quick responses, quick follow ups etc.)
  • Listing products on a few online platforms
  • Providing conflict resolution and issue resolution on the phone, including potentially refunding clients, cancelling orders, and providing refunds based on discretion and principle
  • Other responsibilities as the position grows

Experience and Skills

  • Knowledge of fitness and fitness experience highly preferred
  • Excellent customer service track record with references
  • Have extreme levels of ethics and reliability
  • Have excellent discipline, attention to detail, and organization
  • Optional : have accounts receivable and / or general administrative experience
