Description of the role:
The Service Porter at Freedom Ford South will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with vehicle check-ins and deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of service area and customer vehicles
- Assist with vehicle check-ins and deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Support the service team as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude
