Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Supervise Lettershop Production personnel.
- Ensure that all work produced meets quality standards and client specifications.
- Facilitate a consistently high level of production.
- Empower all employees to succeed.
- Fulfill all health and safety duties corresponding with the job as deemed appropriate by Management.
- Maintain knowledge of all current Freedom Graphics Systems practices / policies.
- Promote a safe, positive, team atmosphere.
- Perform employee evaluations, disciplinary actions. and coordinate employee progression / training.
- Undertake additional tasks as seen appropriate by management.
