Job Title:

Freedom Graphic Systems is seeking an experienced sales professional to play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our client base.


Job Summary:

This is a key member of our sales team, leveraging industry expertise and sales acumen to build and maintain strong relationships with clients while delivering customized direct mail solutions that drive results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from our direct mail services, developing a strategic approach to engage and convert new clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand clients' unique needs and objectives, offering tailored direct mail solutions that address their specific goals.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate long-lasting relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and recommendations to maximize their success.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our creative and production teams to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on the advantages of direct mail, including its role in multichannel campaigns and its ability to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of direct mail strategies, technologies, and industry trends a plus.
  • Sales experience or knowledge in the Healthcare, Financial, insurance or retail markets.
