Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR sourcing, talent acquisition, and employee evaluation. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in HRIS systems.
Duties:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Utilize HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft, Taleo, ADP, and UltiPro for recruitment processes
- Manage job postings on various platforms and social media channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
- Support employee evaluation processes
Experience:
- Proven experience in HR sourcing and talent acquisition
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Taleo, ADP, and UltiPro
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
