Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and manage contracts to ensure quality service delivery. .
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and support.
- Coordinate caregiver and client check-ins to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Respond to client and caregiver inquires, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records for VA compliance and agency policies.
- Work in the field as a caregiver as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
