Freedom Home Improvements is a locally owned and rapidly growing home improvement company specializing in new deck construction and deck resurfacing. We are expanding our outreach efforts and seeking motivated individuals to generate leads through direct engagement with homeowners.
Job Summary:
We are looking for independent contractors to engage in door-to-door outreach, offering homeowners the opportunity to schedule free estimates for our services. This role focuses on lead generation; no direct selling is required.
Responsibilities:
- Visit residential neighborhoods to identify potential clients.
- Engage homeowners in conversation to introduce our services.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to provide estimates.
- Maintain records of interactions and appointments set.
Compensation:
- Performance-based pay:
- $200 per closed lead (paid after deposit is collected; approximately 2-week holdback).
- 3% commission after job completion and final payment.
- Example: For a $20,000 deck project, earn $200 upfront $600 after completion.
- Monthly incentives for top-performing lead generators.
- Potential to earn $1,000–$2,000 per week based on performance.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation.
