Fort Myers, FL Based Flight Operation – Requires Flight Attendants living in or near Ft. Myers
Exciting professional opportunity for the right candidate to work in conjunction within a developing Flight Operations Group supporting a Luxury Resort Travel Department, providing quality service onboard Freedom II LLC Embraer E170 aircraft.
Relies on experience, judgment, and company procedures to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under Flight Operations supervision and reports to the Cabin Manager. Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, time management skills, and critical thinking / problem solving skills are required. South Florida based. International and domestic operations. Must adhere to conservative industry grooming standards.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supporting, promoting and complying with the goals and objectives of Freedom II LLC company procedures to include the Safety Management System, including identifying and reporting safety hazards and issues.
- Performing checks of safety and emergency equipment
- Maintaining a current knowledge of normal and emergency procedures and the location and use of onboard emergency equipment to ensure passenger safety in the event of an emergency;
- Performing specified safety actions in the event of an onboard emergency;
- Communicating with operations and crew members in a timely manner.
- Presenting and conducting yourself in a well-groomed, professional manner.
- Assisting in arrangement and sourcing of passenger catering and special requests out of the normal catering arrangements, remaining resourceful and budget conscious.
- Arranging crew meals and attending to flight deck crew throughout the flight.
- Providing exemplary service to passengers, greeting and assisting passengers at FBO’s and upon boarding, attending to passenger needs throughout the duration of the flight and post flight disembarkation and security duties checks.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, well stocked aircraft to include, continuously cleaning and tidying the aircraft cabin, galley and lavatory to maintain a professional appearance.
- Restocking the aircraft to ensure it is ready to fly at all times (checking stock expiries, etc.)
- Ensuring aircraft is thoroughly cleaned, wiped down and vacuumed before exiting.
- Ensuring post-trip paper work and receipts are submitted on time, in accordance with company procedures and is neat and accurate.
- Communicating with colleagues by using forms and platforms provided to ensure smooth transitions from aircraft to aircraft.
- Reporting to the appropriate persons any issues, in-op items, passenger problems and anything you feel is not up to Freedom 2 standards. Maintaining an open line of communication with your fellow crew members.
- Assisting with stockrooms and inventories.
- Assisting with deep cleaning and organization of aircraft fleet.
- Attending scheduled extra training courses offered by the company.
- Offering up new equipment, tools and ideas that will help set Freedom 2 apart from competitors.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old, with a valid US passport or the right to work in the USA. Must have prior service experience (bartending, waitressing, hosting), a background in Customer Service.
- 1-year VIP Flight Attendant experience preferred. International work or travel experience preferred, but not a requirement.
- Previous Part 121 background will be advantageous but not a requirement.
- Must be willing to work long hours, be flexible with the work schedule and be able to work with different personalities.
- Candidates should live within 2 hours of Fort Myers, Florida.
- Corporate Flight Attendant certificate (FACTS, HRD, Flight Safety, CAPS) acceptable and inhouse training will be provided.
- Current CPR certification.
- Friendly, out-going, energetic personality.
- Computer, Word and Excel operating experience at entry level.
- Previous experience using FOS will be advantageous, but not required
- Must own a passport valid for minimum 3 years in date
- Must be fully Covid vaccinated
