Being a Home Health Aide allows you the opportunity to provide individualized one on one compassionate care and truly get to know them as a person so that you do make a difference in their life.
We are a small family-owned company without all the corporate politics that you might find in most 4 walled jobs. You get paid to drive from patient to patient along with IRS mileage reimbursement.
JOB OVERVIEW
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS :
Current CNA license
Current CPR license
Valid Driver's license
Appropriate automobile insurance.
Must have reliable transportation
Must be bondable and pass required background checks.
Strong communication and listening skills; be able to follow verbal and written instructions;
Compassionate, patient, and caring in nature and genuinely concerned about helping people
Have high moral standards of honesty and integrity
Friendly, courteous, tolerant of other's lifestyles, nonjudgmental concerning patients / co-workers
Ability to work independently in a home setting with minimal direct supervision.
Flexible in scheduling needs of patients and company and accepts assignments to trade cases / hours in a positive and professional manner
Must be physically and mentally fit to handle the demands of caregiving
Available to work occasional evenings and weekends.
