About The Position
We are looking for a versatile and skilled creative professional to join our team at iRESTORE as a Sr. Packaging Designer . In this role, you will work closely with the Creative and Product teams to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative, on-brand product packaging. Additionally, you will establish and maintain packaging standards that align with our brand identity and vision. This role will report to the Art Director.
What you'll do :
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, Product Manager, and Founder to establish brand packaging guidelines with respect to brand voice and strategy.
- Take the lead on projects ranging from physical products to unboxing & brand collaterals.
- Generate original concepts with a fresh visual approach to design and materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee packaging development from concept to execution.
- Work closely with the Creative and Product teams, partnering with product developers, packaging engineers, and brand designers.
- Maintain and enforce packaging design guidelines (typography, materials, color palettes) across all touchpoints, updating and refining as we grow into new markets.
- Ongoing creative exploration and development as we expand our product family.
- Packaging Guidelines : Color, typography, and category.
- Guidelines for different components : Tube, Jar, Bottles, etc.
- All print material design, including inserts, cosmetic packaging, device packaging, and PR kits.
