Summary:
The Launch Analyst Program is a comprehensive initiative tailored to equip college graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel within the mortgage industry and introduce them to the complete financial side of the business. This program provides participants with opportunities for professional growth, including soft skills training, networking opportunities with exposure to industry leaders, as well as obtain a deep breadth of mortgage industry knowledge through completing rotations in various departments. The collaborative program is set to provide hands-on experience in departments that work in tandem with analysts, to better understand the loan process, the industry, and Freedom Mortgage as a company.

Education and/or Experience:
Ability to read business journals, reports and legal documents. Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of administrators, managers, employees, customers and/or the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Personal/Organizational:
Some contact with others; including general public. Purpose of contacts is to provide explanation or interpretation of information. May handle confidential information and some complex matters.

- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University required.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.
